Hand Crafted with Care
Starting Process
Each board starts with high quality hard wood. The wood is then cut to precision for making unique shapes that fit together to create stunning patterns.
Assembling the Board
Each shape is carefully glued together with FDA approved TiteBond II water-resistant, premium wood glue. The board is clamped until completely dry then sanded to a perfect finish.
Finishing Touches
The board is then coated with food-safe mineral oil followed by a bees wax finish which makes the board water-proof and long-lasting.
